Week14 - Super Mario World VR Interactive Characters Final Pass

 

For this final turn in I primarily worked on optimizing the game res models for the characters and props. I went through lowering poly counts and fixing some issues with the proxy character meshes. I redid all of the textures to add more detail with height & roughness grunge maps in order to better match the textures Noa made for the environment. I also spent time making a light demo which was used as a base for the final lighting of the scene.
